Oxygen Production Technology
Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is a technology used to separate some gas species from a mixture of gases under pressure according to the species' molecular characteristics and affinity for an adsorbent material. It operates at near-ambient temperatures and differs significantly from cryogenic distillation techniques of gas separation. Specific absorptive materials (e.g., zeolites, activated carbon, molecular sieves, etc.) are used as a trap, preferentially adsorbing the target gas species at high pressure. The process then swings to low pressure to desorb the adsorbed material.

Working Principle:
1. Using molecular sieve physical adsorption and desorption technology. That is, the oxygen generator is filled with molecular sieves, which can adsorb nitrogen in the air when pressurized, and the remaining unabsorbed oxygen is collected, and after purification, it becomes high-purity oxygen;
2.The molecular sieve discharges the adsorbed nitrogen back into the ambient air during decompression, and can absorb nitrogen and produce oxygen during the next pressurization. The whole process is a periodic dynamic cycle process, and the molecular sieve is not consumed.
