CORE TECHNIQUE
This ozone generator integrates advanced high-frequency inverter power technology utilizing imported IGBT modules and PID circuit control (with DSP chip) for stable operation. Its core employs a micro-gap discharge water-cooling system with dehydroxylation quartz tubes and 316L stainless steel electrodes, achieving high ozone concentrations up to 120mg/L.
The system is controlled by a SIEMENS PLC with an HMI touchscreen for real-time monitoring and local/remote operation. It features comprehensive stainless steel construction (304 body & pipings, 316L inner electrodes) and includes multi-point fault monitoring, emergency stop, and customizable control options.
