The Flygoo Freezed Air Dryer is an electronically refrigerated gas condenser designed to cool and dry hot, humid gas. It reduces moisture content in the sample gas, achieving gas-liquid separation. Primarily used as a pre-air treatment unit for ozone generators and oxygen generators, it lowers the gas dew point and prevents water carryover that can damage downstream equipment. The intelligent temperature control module maintains cold cavity temperature with ±0.1°C accuracy, and the automatic drainage system operates on a cyclic timer (0-9999 seconds adjustable).

The freezed air dryer cools and dehumidifies the feed air before it enters the ozone generator. This lowers the dew point and prevents moisture from causing corrosion, reducing ozone output, or damaging the dielectric components. It ensures stable ozone production and extends equipment life.
The drain valve is a solenoid valve controlled by a timer. You can set both the drain time (how long the valve stays open) and the drain interval (how often it opens) from 0 to 9999 seconds. This allows you to match the drainage cycle to your specific humidity and flow conditions.
The outlet dew point is ≤10°C under rated conditions. The cold cavity temperature is adjustable from 0 to 10°C, and the intelligent control module maintains it with ±0.1°C accuracy.

The inlet temperature should not exceed 35°C, and the rated pressure range is 4-8 bar. Operating outside these ranges may reduce drying efficiency or damage the unit.
Maintenance is minimal. The automatic drain system requires no manual attention. We recommend periodically checking the cooling radiator for dust buildup and cleaning it with compressed air. There are no desiccant cartridges to replace.
Model selection depends on your required gas flow rate. FGZLA-02 (120 NL/min) is suitable for small ozone generators up to 10g/h. FGZLA-03 (200 NL/min) fits medium systems up to 20g/h.
