The Flygoo OzonAqua Series is a line of compact, air-cooled ozone generators designed for water treatment applications, including swimming pools, drinking water, and commercial laundry. Available in 3G, 5G, and 8G ozone output models, these units feature integrated air pumps and adjustable ozone output from 20% to 100%, making them versatile and easy to operate for a wide range of water treatment needs.
The OzonAqua Series includes three standard models to suit different water treatment requirements. The FG-AF 3G delivers 3 grams of ozone per hour and is suitable for smaller pools and residential water treatment systems. The FG-AF 5G produces 5 grams per hour, ideal for mid-sized pools and commercial applications. The FG-AF 8G offers 8 grams per hour, designed for larger pools and more demanding water treatment needs.

The OzonAqua Series utilizes Corona Discharge (CD) ozone generation technology, a proven method for producing ozone efficiently and reliably. Each unit is equipped with a high-frequency ceramic ozone tube featuring imported HQG high-pressure sintering, internal and external aluminum radiators, and a stainless steel 316L electrode. This construction ensures high efficiency (800-1000 g/m²) and long service life.
The units are powered by imported IGBT power modules and feature a circuit control system composed of a sync pulse trigger circuit, current-voltage reactive circuit, and DSP chip with PID circuit control. Multi-point malfunction monitoring provides over-temperature, over-voltage, and over-current protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation in demanding environments.
Compact and Wall-Mountable: The OzonAqua Series features a mild steel enclosure with a compact footprint of 260*220*310 mm and a lightweight design starting at 7.0 kg. The units can be wall-mounted or floor-standing, offering flexible installation options for various spaces.
Adjustable Ozone Output: Each model features an ozone concentration knob that allows adjustment from 20% to 100%, enabling precise control for different water volumes, contamination levels, and treatment requirements.
Integrated Air Pump: The built-in air pump produces ozone from an integrated dry clean air source, eliminating the need for external air supply equipment. The external oxygen inlet also allows connection to an optional oxygen generator for higher ozone concentration.
4-20mA Signal Output: The units come standard with a 4-20mA signal output, enabling remote monitoring and integration with PLC, SCADA, or building management systems for automated control.
Over-Voltage and Over-Temperature Protection: Built-in safety features ensure safe, stable operation even under demanding conditions.

The OzonAqua Series operates through a straightforward process. Air enters the unit and passes through the integrated air pump, which supplies a dry, clean air source. The air then enters the ceramic ozone tube, where high-frequency corona discharge converts oxygen (O₂) into ozone (O₃). The ozone output can be adjusted from 20% to 100% via the control knob, allowing precise dosing for different applications.
The ozone is then injected into the water stream via a venturi injector or mixing system. The check valve prevents water from flowing back into the ozone tube, ensuring safe operation. The PTFE hose and air stone are included for easy installation and efficient ozone dissolution.
The OzonAqua Series is ideal for swimming pool and spa water treatment. Ozone effectively destroys bacteria, viruses, and algae while eliminating chloramines and chemical odors. It reduces chlorine consumption and provides crystal-clear, healthy water for residential and commercial pools.
For drinking water applications, ozone provides powerful disinfection without chemical residues. The OzonAqua Series meets the requirements for safe, odor-free drinking water, making it suitable for bottled water production, municipal water treatment, and point-of-use systems.
