ZH-180 ozone analyzer is designed and manufactured based on Lambert Beer's law and the verification and calibration methods for measuring ozone gas using ultraviolet spectrophotometry. By measuring the changes in light signal intensity before and after the absorption of ultraviolet light by ozone, the current ozone concentration value can be calculated. The equipment uses an advanced dual path ultraviolet light source system, which is equipped with an intelligent lamp management system. After startup, the ultraviolet lamp can quickly reach the measurement state.
It adopts foreign separated light cell technology, and the equipment has the characteristics of no leakage, high pressure resistance, resistance to large flow sampling gas impact, easy cleaning, easy maintenance, simple operation, and low cost of use. Mainly used for continuous detection of ozone gas in various industrial environments, and can also be used to detect ozone gas in operating pipelines, containers, and other environments. Widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, municipal, sewage treatment and other industries, to measure the outlet concentration and output of ozone generators.
