The FG-W series products are corona discharge type ozone generators, with advanced Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBT) power supply and generation chambers utilizing dehydroxylation quartz structure dielectric. The Flygoo wall-mounted ozone generators can be destroyed bacteria, purified air, and eliminated peculiar smells in the air. The unit features timer remote control, LCD display, IOT WiFi control, and weekly programmable timer. Ozone generators create O3, or ozone, which disburses into the space to be treated. O3 attacks odor causing substances at their source to permanently remove odors in the treatment area.

This large ozone generator features an automated control system with HMI interface and an English LCD display for real-time monitoring and parameter adjustment. Its PLC control system (Siemens optional) can be customized to site requirements. Each ozone module is equipped with an independent high-voltage fuse to ensure reliable operation of the discharge chamber, which is easily removable for low-cost maintenance. Constructed with 316L stainless steel external electrodes, the generator supports long operating hours and stable ozone production through efficient cooling, offering flexible module arrangements and reduced maintenance costs.

The medium ozone generator is characterized by high ozone concentration, a compact design, and robust durability. It allows for both local and remote start/stop control, with a display indicating operational status. The system includes automatic shutdown in case of ozone leakage, self-destruction of residual ozone, and regulated control of cooling water and air supply to adjust ozone output automatically. Enhanced safety is ensured by high-voltage fuses that trigger promptly in the event of electrode failure, maintaining system reliability.
